Voodoo5 vs. Geforce...
The general consensus is V5 5500 for sim software, but you can make up your own mind.
There are some comparison shots (click link  above)  from NFS 4, between Geforce FSAA
(full screen anti aliasing or "no more  jaggies") and the V5 FSAA.

A pic of Voodoo5 6000 from E3 convention...it's huge:)
Note the external power supply just for the vid card. Expected price tag on this monster is $600.

V5 5500 GPL screen shots and some benchmarks.
This site has screenshots of GPL using the V5 at various resolutions with and without FSAA
(Full Screen Anti Aliasing). The shots with the FSAA at 4x look great. However, the performance hit for running 4x is going to make   GPL almost unplayable. I wish he would have included a 640x480 4x FSAA shot, and some higher   resolutions with FSAA set to 2x. I'm also curious how much turning off some of the less useful detail  (driver arms, horizon, etc.) would help framerate with 4x settings.  One more thing. Look at the inside of the cockpit. Note that some of the "jaggies" are still there due to  the fact that some of the cockpit is drawn in 2d and therefore not enhanced by the FSAA.    I can't wait until these cards are obsolete so I can afford one

I know some people have been anticipating the new voodoo line. Thought some of you might be

Q,
How do you you if say the pots are going bad....the pedals calibrate fine it just seems that while racing
there isn't a full pedal...i'm asking about a nascar pro digatal wheel and pedal combo....the whell is fine it
just seems that there isn't a full pedal for the throttle.....if it is a pot that would be going bad where could
   you get a replacement pot?

A,
The cheapest way out would be to, go to Radio Shack and get 100k ohm Linear Taper Pots, part no.
271-092. About $1.79 ea. You may be able to get free pots from  what ever the companies name is that purchased Thrustmaster. I think it might have been Guilemot??   T.M. used to ship parts for thier controllers for free but I don't know if the new company will continue the  practice.
